A couple of months or so ago, I decided that I was completely fed up with our (cloth) diaper disorganization in the kids' room. And since I live approximately 5,000 miles from any Target, Crate and Barrel, Pamida, and Dollar General, I decided I was going to take matters into my own hands... (cue creepy organ music) and make my own diaper organizer.
When I got to see my wonderful little sis in Germany last August, she brought me a hand-held sewing machine. My jaw dropped when she gave it to me. Seriously, HOW did she know? I didn't ask her to bring me one, she just saw it, and thought I might like it. One day before the trip while I was fruitlessly trying to alter one of Eden's dresses I had thought- "Wouldn't it be awesome if they invented a hand held sewing machine?" Well, it turns out they did, and my sister bought me one. A person has to know you REALLY well to 'just know' that you want a handheld sewing machine.

So I grabbed one of my tube dresses and transformed it into a door hanging diaper organizer. I think it turned out pretty good, considering sewing machines and myself are generally diasterous combinations.
