These two sweeties keep me so busy. Here's an update on our babies:

Miss Eden is now over three years old. It is so fun to watch her little personality develop and watch her grow. In my opinion she looks more like Seth, but her personality is more like mine. She's cheerful, patient, enthusiastic, and organized, and emotional. She has lots of feelings and freely shares them. She loves spending quality time with loved ones and cuddling. She loves to go on our daily shopping adventures with me and has a special interest in going to the big store near our home which we go to a couple of times a week. We walk into the store and Eden greets the shopkeeper who then gives her a piece of candy. Then she shakes his hand and says thank you. It's all pretty cute. She either decides to eat it right away or she'll save it until she gets home. Usually she eats it right away. Her favorite snacks right now are yogurt with honey and popcorn. She's learned colors, numbers 1-5, and we're starting to work on writing her name. She's such a smart little girl.

Mr. Isaaq is now 15 months old. I'm just crazy about this little one. I'm so grateful the good Lord made this little boy so tough. He falls down all the time. His brain goes faster than his little legs can carry him. I think he had two nosebleeds in this past week from falling down. I think he looks more like me, but his personality is more like Seth's. He's more of the serious type, and systematic. The other day Papa Clarkson and Eden were playing with a puzzle, so I thought Isaaq and I could have some fun playing with some legos. I went over to the other side of the living room, where the legos were, and put a couple into the lego bucket. I then carried the lego bucket over to where Isaaq was. I set the bucket down and told Isaaq I wanted to play legos with him and gave him a couple of legos. He then put the legos back in the bucket and then walked over to the other side of the living room to pick up a lego to put it in the bucket next to me. Then he just picked up the bucket and carried it back over to the other side to pick up the remaining legos on the ground. I think he thought it was time to clean up, and decided to streamline the process by taking the bucket to where the majority of the legos were and start cleaning there, rather than walking back and forth. Smart boy. He's also very tall for his age. He loves loves loves oranges, which I find to be interesting b/c when he was exclusively breastfeeding he would get super cranky and gassy whenever I ate oranges, so I had to stop eating them for a couple of months. I also really enjoyed eating oranges when I was pregnant with him. Strange stuff.

I love these two. Even though some days they drive me nuts, and now that I think about it I probably drive them nuts most days as well. I feel so blessed to get to be their mom.
