So, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I love "Top Chef." For those of you who don't know, it's a show on Bravo where professional (and at times non-professional chefs if I remember correctly) compete in a variety of cooking challenges to be named 'Top Chef.' It's probably really geeky, but I really love it. Every once in a while, usually when Papa Clarkson is away, I'll download an episode and watch it. I just watched the first episode of season 8, I think. And, here's what I think... yeah, it must be really rough to cook on state-of-the-art equipment and have any ingredient at your disposal, and not have a one-year-old desperately clinging to your dress when sauteing onions. I would really like to see them do an episode in my neck of the woods- cooking over a little charcoal grill, having to go over to the neighbors and borrow a piece of coals to start the fire, and try to make a quiche, for example, on a stovetop, without green onions or cheese or broccoli or turkey or ham. And, for effect, have a one year old hanging on to their legs. And, they must make a snack for the hungry three year old. I think it's a great idea. And, they've got to make it friendly for the digestive system of a one year old. And then they've gotta heat up bathwater for the kids, and give them baths. Hey, it could happen.

I think you came up with a great idea for a new show. It would be very entertaining. Maybe Eden and Issaq can be in the show...they'll be movie stars!
