My day yesterday

Woke up at 7:10AM to Isaaq's sweet face smiling at me and saying "Breakfast! Breakfast!"
The boy needs his food. He then went over, picked up a pair of my pants and brought them to me. I then finally got out of bed, got the kids their cereal, got them ready to go to Eden's preschool. Eden was a little iffy on going back to preschool, fearing she was going to miss out on some Christmas fun. This was short lived as upon seeing her preschool in sight Eden goes "YEAH!!!" Eden quickly bade us farewell and headed off to the purple table to start her day. Isaaq tried to take off his coat, hoping that he might be able to stay as well.
A disappointed Isaaq and myself headed back home when he helped me organize the clothes from our most recent trip to Texas, among other things. Isaaq was super cranky and was elected to enjoy an extra nap. We picked Eden up from preschool who had much to share about how she got to play in the tent and do things with dinosaurs. We had some lunchy (alfredo noodles for the kids and ddeokbokgee- aka Korean food deliciousness- for Papa and myself). Then came naptime (hallelujah). Eden woke up asking if it was Christmas yet. For snacktime, Cheetos were served to a very exhuberant Eden and Squakies. They live for Cheetos. Can't blame them, they are delicious.
For supper we made homemade pizza, compliments of chefs Eden and Isaaq. Eden asked if she could have a date night with me. We'd done this in the past and she really loved it, but I think what she really wanted was to join Papa and I in our date night. I love her to pieces, but- fat chance sweet cheeks- I need time alone with her Papa and he with me. Then it was to bed for the kids, and Papa and I enjoyed our date night, we watched "The Vow" and drank frappuccinos.
